Every year, Lily Belisle, our stellar Red Wagon retail manager, makes a hot sauce that uses carrots and an assortment of hot peppers and other veggies from the garden. This is the kind of hot sauce that has us all begging for more so that we can slather it on everything from home fries to sandwiches to tacos, and we'll even eat spoonfuls straight from the bottle. In this class, you will make some to take home, and she will give you the recipe as well as a list of her favorite peppers and other garden vegetables that go into this creation. The sauce is refrigerated and keeps for a very long time. This is a fun project to do in a group and Lily's guiding hand will give you the confidence to repeat it at home.
